Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (or after confirmation, for Cash on Delivery orders). Sundays and public holidays are not counted. During sales or festive periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take up to 10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, because delivery depends on the courier and your location.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the final amount.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, it is shown at checkout. We may confirm COD orders by call, SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to your email or phone number. You can use them to follow your parcel on the courier’s website.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before placing your order. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong address or because you were unreachable, it may be returned to us. We can re-send it after you pay the shipping charge again.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please do not accept a parcel that is visibly tampered with or damaged. If you find a problem after opening it, follow the steps in our Refund Policy.
